What lands in HubSpot

Calls
WhatsApp, Telegram and phone calls become HubSpot calls with direction, missed or completed, and duration.
Attachments and contacts
Photos, documents and voice notes are attached to the record. New phone numbers can create a HubSpot contact automatically, or you can log only to contacts you already have.

Add the HubSpot integration
In Timelines open Workspace → Integrations → Add integration and choose HubSpot.
Step 2
Approve it in HubSpot
Pick the HubSpot account and approve the permissions: contacts and contact properties (to log messages and match phone numbers), files (for attachments) and owners. Companies, deals and users are optional and reserved for the next release.
Step 3
Choose what to log
Tick the channels you want in HubSpot, decide whether unknown numbers create contacts, and how Telegram and web chat should be stored. Change it any time.

Which HubSpot plan do I need?
Any plan, including free HubSpot. Messages, notes and calls are standard HubSpot activities.
How are contacts matched?
By phone number, across HubSpot's phone, mobile and WhatsApp number fields, in any format. If several contacts share a number, the inbox shows the matches so your team can choose. Chats without a phone number, most Telegram chats, can be linked to a contact by hand.
Does it import old conversations?
Logging starts from the moment you connect. Importing earlier history is on the roadmap.
Where do I see the messages in HubSpot?
On the contact record. On the Activities tab, tick WhatsApp and SMS once under "Filter by activity type"; HubSpot hides those types by default. The Catch-up tab shows them without any filter.
Does the integration cost extra?
No. CRM integrations are free with Timelines. You pay per connected channel account, as on our pricing page.
Can I disconnect?
Yes, from Integrations. Timelines stops logging immediately. Everything already in HubSpot stays yours.
