A shared inbox for Telegram, for your whole team
Connect your personal Telegram account and bring every chat, group, and channel into one shared inbox, in full two-way sync, with the same AI agents that work your WhatsApp and phone.
Personal-account sync
Connect a real Telegram account, not just a bot. Your existing chats, contacts, and history come with you.
Groups & channels
Manage Telegram groups and broadcast channels from the inbox. Create them, add members, and reply as a team.
AI on every chat
Draft replies, transcribe voice notes, and answer from your knowledge base, the same AI as your other channels.
How a team works Telegram together
A Telegram account is usually tied to one person and one phone. Once it is connected to Timelines, every teammate you invite sees the same chats, groups and channels in one list. Assign a conversation to a person, leave an internal note, or @mention a colleague, so a customer never gets two different answers.
People get the Admin, Manager or Agent role. You can connect more than one Telegram account to the same workspace, for example one for sales and one for support, and answer them next to your WhatsApp numbers, Instagram and Messenger. Replies leave from the account the person wrote to.
Connect a Telegram account in three steps
1. Create a workspace
Sign up for the 7 day free trial. No card is needed.
2. Link the account
Scan the QR code from Telegram on your phone, or enter the phone number and the login code Telegram sends you. If the account has Two-Step Verification, enter its cloud password once.
3. Invite the team
Add teammates for free, choose their roles and start assigning chats.
What stays the same
The account stays yours. Telegram on your phone keeps working while the team uses Timelines.
What it costs, worked out
Each connected Telegram account is one channel slot at $9.99 per month. Team members are unlimited and free. Two Telegram accounts and one WhatsApp number make 3 channel slots, which is $29.97, and one Integration at $4.99 brings the total to $34.96 per month, however many people use the inbox.
The 7 day free trial needs no card and includes one CRM integration. See the pricing page for how slots are added and removed.
Telegram chats and calls on the CRM contact
Connect HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive and Timelines logs your Telegram conversations on the matching record. In HubSpot, Telegram messages are logged as notes by default, or as messages if you prefer, and Telegram calls become HubSpot calls with direction, status and duration. In Zoho CRM each message becomes a note on the contact or lead and calls go to the Calls module.
Records are matched by phone number. Many Telegram chats have no phone number, so you can link such a chat to a CRM record by pasting the record ID. Read how Telegram CRM works or see the HubSpot and Zoho CRM setup guides.
