Encryption at rest
All customer data encrypted with AES-256 in our cloud storage. Database backups are encrypted before they leave the database host.
Encryption in transit
TLS 1.2+ on every endpoint. HSTS enforced on the marketing and app domains. No plaintext anywhere.
EU and US hosting
Workspaces deployed to AWS in eu-west-1 (Ireland) and us-east-1 (N. Virginia). Choose the region your workspace lives in.
Data deletion on request
Email privacy@timelines.global to request deletion of your workspace and all associated data. Removed within 30 days.
