Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets one free week to connect an account and try the full product. After the trial, you pay $9.99 per channel slot / month, with AI agents, knowledge base, voice, and vision included. Voice, SMS and eSIM numbers need a paid plan.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Members are unlimited and free. You only pay for connected channels (channel slots).
Do calls and texts on the same number count as two channel slots?
A Voice line is one channel slot for calls and incoming texts. Sending texts from that number is a second slot with its own SMS inbox and 500 texts a month, after a one-time $19.99 US carrier registration.
How much AI is included with a paid channel slot?
Each paid Shared Inbox channel slot includes, every billing period, 3,000 translations, 400 photo descriptions, 200 voice-note transcriptions, 400 suggested replies, and 200 summary updates. Two slots include twice that, in one shared pool. A person clicks each action. The free trial and Integrations do not include these amounts.
Can I change how many channel slots I have?
Anytime. Adding a channel slot is prorated immediately. When you give one up, it stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What does an Integration cost?
Each integration you connect (Shopify, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or API and webhooks) uses one Integration, $4.99 per month for your whole team. Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and API and webhooks are billed monthly by Timelines; a Shopify store is billed on your Shopify invoice. Your free week includes one Integration. Disconnecting frees the Integration for another one; turn off auto-renew in Billing to stop paying for it at the next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When a subscription ends, your accounts are disconnected and can be reconnected anytime you resubscribe. Nothing is lost.
