Your WhatsApp and Telegram conversations, in Pipedrive

What the integration does

• WhatsApp and Telegram conversations with a person are logged as activities on the Pipedrive person whose phone number matches the chat. When no person matches, Timelines creates one.
• Messages are grouped into one activity per stretch of conversation, with each message, its direction and its time.
• A Timelines panel on the Pipedrive person page shows the conversation status and a link to open the chat in Timelines.

Install from the Pipedrive Marketplace

Installing from the Pipedrive Marketplace finishes in one step: you approve the app in Pipedrive, and Timelines connects your workspace. There is nothing else to set up.

1. Open the Timelines Global app in the Pipedrive Marketplace and click Install now.
2. Approve the requested access in Pipedrive.
3. Pipedrive sends you to Timelines, which connects your workspace and shows Pipedrive as connected. If you are signed out, sign in first; if you are new to Timelines, create your account and you will be taken to the same step.

Install from Timelines

1. In Timelines, open your workspace and go to Integrations.
2. Click Add integration, choose Pipedrive and click Continue to Pipedrive.
3. Sign in to Pipedrive if asked and click Allow and Install.

Permissions

• Contacts: full access, to find the person whose phone number matches a chat and create one for a new number.
• Activities: full access, to log conversations as activities on that person.

Settings

In Timelines, open Integrations → Pipedrive to turn conversation logging on or off and to choose the Pipedrive activity type used for logged conversations.

Disconnect or uninstall

• From Timelines: open Integrations → Pipedrive and click Disconnect.
• From Pipedrive: uninstall Timelines Global from your installed Marketplace apps. Pipedrive tells Timelines, and Timelines disconnects the integration in every workspace linked to that Pipedrive company.

Either way, Timelines stops logging and deletes the Pipedrive tokens it stored. Activities and persons already in Pipedrive stay there. Read more in our privacy policy. Questions? Kontaktujte nás.
