What the integration does
- Your Shopify products are imported into Timelines Products when you connect the store.
- The catalog stays in sync both ways: products created, edited or deleted in Shopify update in Timelines, and changes you Make in Timelines update the store.
- Your team shares products straight from the message composer, so customers get a product card in the chat they are already having.
Availability

Permissions
- Products: read and write, to import your catalog and apply the product changes you Make in Timelines to the store.
- Inventory: read, to import stock levels with each product.

$4.99 per store per month
The store connection is $4.99 per month per store after a 7-day free trial, billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Channels are billed separately by Timelines at $9.99 per connected account per month. Timelines also connects to HubSpot and Zoho CRM.
